Outages & Faults

An outage can be caused by many things such as planned power outage, a storm, a localised fault to the lines, or a widespread outage.

If there is somebody in your premises who relies on power for medical reasons, please make sure that they are safe. If necessary, contact your healthcare provider, or in an emergency, contact 111.

Your local lines company is responsible for fixing electricity outages and faults.
